It was not easy to find a home in Nassau County because we were looking for a ranch to retire in and really limits the homes you look at. Julie and Dan drove us all over Nassau county: Plainview, Floral Park, New Hyde Park, Franklin Square, Oceanside, Valley, Stream, Merrick, East Meadow, Bellmore... And they were always prepared with facts sheets on the properties, at times even correcting the listings information about real estate taxes. They would also do FOIL requests about certificates of occupancy. They would visit open houses for me and send me video when I was unavailable to go. They literally went above and beyond in every instance and were so patient and friendly about everything! Hiring them was the best decision I made in this year long house hunt!
