If I could give her 100 stars I would. Before Julie we had been with THREE realtors before her. All unfortunately left us upset and hopeless. Wasting time, gas and energy. Yet finding Julie was the best thing we ever did. We had a very tight deadline and we were very picky about what we wanted. Yet Julie was extremely on the ball with showings. Yet Im so thankful I wasnt pushed to buy just any house. As the one we found is our dream home in perfect condition! Plus during negotiations we were able to save thousands thanks to her. We were looking to downsize our house and had spent a lot of time researching houses in our area. Our lender paired us with Julie Aguiar from ERA Real Estate, Palm Coast. Julie made this transition as smooth as possible, even with the hiccups that we encountered. Let me just say, I dont have good luck. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
