We heard about Julianne after someone we knew shared a post on Facebook about how happy they were with her after selling their home. With me being a buyer, her extensive knowledge and association with local businesses, contractors, and suppliers will help me with any future needs for my home, and Julianne offers to help me with contacting any service providers and contractors that I may need in the future. Julianne's reponse time to my communications was always immediate, and her answers always covered all of my concerns. My getting through the buying process was simple; and considering that my first two buy offers fell apart because of the sellers' deficiencies, Julianne's patience and ability to understand my criteria for my home buying preference were the main points that found me my new home!!!
