Well, it just wasn't the right time. But Julian was always available to us to answer any questions we had about the home buying process, what kind of credit score we should aim for and how much we should look at to put down. He responded quickly and could answer any questions we had about the different types of loans (FHA vs conventional, etc). Well, finally about 2 months ago, we contacted Julian again, because this time we were ready! We went one day and saw a home we fell in love with, but it was just out of our budget. ZillowVERIFIEDTurns out there's a lot to selling a home, Julian guided us through all the steps. We wanted to sell before the end of year, we met earlier in the year and he recommended the Summer months "best time to list more people looking to make the move while kids are out of school". We did not want to have people marching through our house, opted to go without street sign and no lock box to avoid the unexpected walk throughs. Decided on two weekend dates for Open House viewing and even with all those restrictions Julian got a few offers on the first Open House - turn out the only open house needed to sell the house over asking price. There were some repairs and a few other items that with his instruction we were able to complete and close escrow. I would recommend Julian to anyone looking for an Experience Professional Realtor.
