Julian was excellent to work with! A family member referred him to me to purchase my first house this year. His approach is casual while you're initially shopping and touring. He won't pressure you to make offers on anything until you're ready. Once the offer and negotiations are on the table though he has nothing but your best interest in mind. His response time is almost immediate for any questions you contact him with.
