I had a great experience with Julian with the selling of my home recently. Initially we did not see eye to eye on the selling price of my home however things changed during the Covid 19 crisis. Julian is by far the best agent we have worked with in the Atlanta market. He was humble, down to earth but most importantly VERY hands on which is why we were able to sell our property very quickly when he came on board. Our property was close to being a distress sale and many agents didnt have the ability or skill set to sell the property the way Julian did. He came in board, knew what needed to be done and was able to get an offer on our property in a matter of two weeks when it had been on the market for nearly 6 months with no offers. Julian was excellent to work with! A family member referred him to me to purchase my first house this year. Needless to say the experience was somewhat different since it all coincided with the worst of the coronavirus. Julian was determined to get me to the finish line and into a new home. His approach is casual while you're initially shopping and touring. He won't pressure you to make offers on anything until you're ready. Once the offer and negotiations are on the table though he has nothing but your best interest in mind. His response time is almost immediate for any questions you contact him with. Any emails or information he receives is forwarded to you ASAP - something that I greatly appreciated throughout the process.His area of expertise is SW Atlanta which is where I started my search. Eventually I ended up outside the perimeter in Mableton.
