Great experience, she had my best interest at heart which led to a successful purchase of a good home. With her guidance and natural ability with attention to details she provided me all my connections (utilities, HOA, and local resources) for a smooth transition! Her expertise helped me sell the home 24 months later due to moving w the military. Again, a phenomenal job, made the process easy, her staging style is incredible, went above the normal standards, always available and we made top dollar off of the sale the house in just 2 years! ZillowVERIFIEDJulia was the most fabulous realtor. If you are looking to sell your home and I mean really sell your home she is the realtor to go to. She helped us sell our home and find/buy a new home that accommodated our family. My favorite thing about her process of helping us sell our home was the list of things she suggested to be done to the house prior to listing the home on the market to get the price point we wanted. This was extremely helpful to us as we did not know where to start or what the market was looking for and Julia did. I always tell those I recommend her to, to be prepared for her list and not to get their feelings hurt because she is going to point out the good, the bad, and the ugly; but her process works! She also did an excellent job staging our home so that buyer could see the best features and what potential our house had. We sold our home within the first week by trusting Julia. When trying to find a home after our house had sold Julia was also extremely helpful in this process as she took us to several house we wanted to see. She also knew what we wanted in our next home and could help by reminding us of what we were all looking for in a home if one of us ever got off track. I consider Julia and friend and call on her often for recommendations for painters, contractors, or even things to do in the community. I can say I honestly trust Julia's opinion and advice in all things when it comes to housing and the community. Her husband is also amazing at providing advice on how to get things off that list she provides you when getting ready to sell your home. I cannot thank her enough.
