My husband and I take great pleasure in recommending Julia Standard as a real estate professional for anyone seeking the ideal home. We were comfortable in our small two-bedroom apartment until we discovered we were expecting another baby. We transferred into a three- bedroom and were still fine for a while with our other children in each room, but once our older son permanently joined our household, two rooms and four growing children was definitely inadequate. The children needed separate rooms and a safe outdoor space. We needed a larger home with a yard and fast! Julia had an initial meeting with us and took notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. This realtor was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for a home for me and my daughter. My first experience with buying was not so great to say the least. So I wasn't looking forward to it this time around. However Julia made this experience ALOT better. I am very picky. We saw lots of homes but she always remained patient with me.
