1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
This is a process and sometimes a little frustrating, but I'll be right next to you every step of the way.

It's nice to get top dollar for your property and I'll try my best to help you do that.

I have worked with so many different clients, I just love helping people make informed decisions.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Many people move to this area due to the very low cost of living, I really appreciate helping them realize how inexpensive life can be here and there is a lot to offer such as Lake Erie, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Mill Creek Park, Youngstown State University, Downtown, museums and so much more! I helped a family move here that retired from the DC area and it was very rewarding.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always LOVED real estate. After 28 years of being a dental hygienist I was ready for a change, I am so happy getting out, meeting new people ,showing houses and negotiating. It's just so different from my previous career. I must say being a hygienist taught me so much about people , customer service, informing people,and staying calm and patient which has helped tremendously in selling real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have been working and helping people for over 33 years. I love informing people to help them make smart decisions.
