I Love Homes! I completed my studies in Interior Design in 1998 and worked solely in that field until 2005 when I decided to expand my business to include Real Estate. I love the process of transforming homes and then watching how quickly they sell! Whether you're looking to renovate, sell, purchase or build, I am thrilled to help you through the process, offering tips on how to invest in your home to maximize its value, while offering the most up-to-date information on market conditions. 2021 marks my 16th year serving my home state of Virginia as a licensed REALTOR. It's been quite the journey, from surviving the crash of the housing market to the current challenges of low inventory combined with increased buyer demand. Real Estate is an incredibly high-paced, multi-faceted business. Understanding the processes, obtaining great communication and negotiating skills, being organized and able to multi-task are essential to providing clients with a smooth transaction. Attention to detail, forward-thinking and troubleshooting skills come with years of experience and are critical to mastering contracts and client relations.
