She kept an eye out for properties we were interested, was willing to meet with us several occasions, and was always honest about the area, the market, the value, etc. Once we decided to purchase a home, she was reliable and available to both of us, as well as the sellers (who struggled with their realtor). She kept in regular communication with updates on the process, what was needed, etc. She was sure to help us decide things to include for property updates, etc. She also helped set up a final walk through at the property and even had several goodies waiting for us when we first arrived. It felt very personal, and she was lovely to work with. I would highly recommend her in the Portola, CA region.
