I have used Juli through 4 house transactions and every time I have been impressed with her knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism. She helps navigate difficult situations and provides expert advice, all on her clients behalf. This last transaction was the most difficult of all with multiple delays due to various circumstances. If not for Juli consistently following up and asking questions, I am not sure I would have this fabulous house that I am enjoying so much today. I cannot provide words strong enough to recommend her. Juli has been an excellent realtor for us! We really appreciated how much time she devoted to finding us the perfect house. We were limited with regard to when we could look for houses, so the fact that she was always so organized when we met made our meetings so efficient. We were able to look at so many properties each time we met to really narrow down what we were looking for. After just two days of looking, Juli understood exactly what we wanted and was able to let us know when the perfect house was coming on the market. We ended up buying that house, thanks to her advice on the offer, and we couldnt be happier! We couldnt have done it without her! Our family moved to Libertyville from the Boulder, Colorado area! The move was an unexpected job opportunity for my husband and happened on a very fast timeline! Although I was never able to visit Libertyville in person OR the home we purchased; Juli was available for my questions every step of the way. She helped me EXTENSIVELY with questions surrounding schools for our young boys (5 and 7). We could not be happier with their school zoning. While looking for homes with my husband (already working in Libertyville and living in an extended stay hotel, while me and the boys packed and sold our CO home), Julie was in constant communication with me. Juli made herself available to me (being remote) by text and phone; in a way that went above and beyond my expectations. She was forthcoming with what would meet our communicated upon expectations and what would not. She shyed away from what was easy for her; by showing my husband homes also in Lindenhurst, Grayslake and Mudelien. She wanted to show him the entire area and to let US choose. As expected, we ended up buying in Libertyville. But, Julie gave us tons of options and with NO PRESSURE. She let us guide her as to our feelings and perspectives on where we wanted to live. Juli made what could have been a very tough transition; virtually seamless for our family. We love Julis combo of honesty, knowledge, and downright grit to represent her clients. She will be the FIRST we call; if and when we move again. And, may I add, her team (Lawyer Betsy Friedst, mortgage broker Bob Hustler, etc is the absolute BEST). Juli has ALL BASES COVERED!
