I thought I might get less than top service since the commision was less but that wasn't the case. Juli was great. She helped stage the house, got great pictures for the add the house was under contract in a little over a week. If I buy or sell another house I'll choose her as my agent.

I cant believe she put up with it, but she did and she was always happy and excited to talk to us and see us. She knows her stuff and always put us and our needs first. Any questions we had about an area or the inner working is a house she could answer. For example what oil heat can do to walls of a home, or if a water softener was being used or was in good repair.
