About Juli King

Juli King began her real estate career three years ago when she came on board at Barker Realty as an Associate Broker and assistant to Stephanie Duran. Being mentored by one of Santa Fe's top producing Brokers has jump started her career and has allowed her access to a vast portfolio of transactions from which to learn. Being a newer Broker, Juli has the patience and time to give each client the personal attention they deserve, while still being a vital member of one of Santa Fe's top Broker teams. Having a background in customer service and event planning gives Juli the skills to be a good listener, to pay attention to details and to be able to keep track of multiple deadlines. Juli is a problem solver and brings her years of experience in sales to each transaction. Juli began her journey in Spring, Texas and first fell in love with Santa Fe as a young girl when her family would travel to New Mexico. After receiving her BFA in Acting, Juli lived in NYC and San Francisco before finally giving into the call of the Southwest. For 20+ years, Juli was the manager of the Cantina at La Casa Sena, hiring singers, writing and directing shows and serving as the Events Coordinator for both La Casa Sena and Rio Chama Steakhouse. Now a Santa Fean for 25 years, Juli can use her knowledge of this beautiful town and her deep ties to the community to help you find your Santa Fe home.
