As first-time home buyers, we quickly grew frustrated with the poor quality of service we received from other brokers, and were almost ready to give up after a few months of searching, and put off our hopes of owning an apartment.Then we happened to meet Jules, and by only our second conversation with him, I said to myself that Jules' approach should be used as a model to train other real estate brokers.
