He was chosen to lead an expansion to New Jersey, where he ran the country's most successful office by adding over 500 new accounts per week and led three years of record-breaking results. He continued his success by founding his own company called BodyTrace. The first product manufactured by the company led to the development of multiple medical devices that are used worldwide. He later sold this company to pursue his lifelong passion: Real Estate. By his third year in real estate, Jules was in charge of over 200 agents and helped close hundreds of deals, generating over $8 million rental income. He is a Certified Buyer Representative - a designation given to less than 1% of all licensed agents - by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Originally from Hungary, Jules has lived and studied all over the world. He graduated high school in Michigan, received a Bachelor of Arts in Business in England and Hungary, and pursued an MBA in Montclair.
