I first met Ms. Jaydee Sheppard when I placed an offer on one of her listings. When my offer was not accepted, and I was determined to purchase a type of property I was seeking, I realized how experienced and professional she was and decided to continue my search with her as my representative. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made. When we located another listing, Jaydee did everything to ensure that I would be the successful bidder by writing my offer in such a fashion so as to ensure that the seller knew the type of person I am and my intended use of the property. She is always very professional, upbeat, positive and responds promptly to all my questions and concerns. Whenever there was an obstacle, she faced it immediately thereby removing much of the stress associated with making a large real estate purchase. This included finding the appropriate person to respond to questions or concerns which may have been outside her scope of practice. An example is when she assisted in locating an insurance agent who was very responsive and who designed an insurance plan specifically designed to meet my needs. Jaydee demonstrated her knowledge of this property by making me aware of such items as zoning and land use as well as specific aspects of interest such as the number of wells and well pump capacity.I intend to make future real estate purchases and Jaydee will be my representative for all of them.
