Julee did an outstanding job assisting me in buying a new townhome in the greenlake area. I am a repeat client as Julee and her partner (Mary Thomas Hendrickson) helped me purchase a new condo in 2016 when relocating back to Seattle. Julee's warmth and high energy made working with her a great experience! As our selling agent, Julee went above and beyond to facilitate our house sale, working hard to stage it, holding multiple open houses, and providing contacts for reasonably priced professionals to assist with the move. She even made a personal investment to close the final deal. As our buying agent, Julee negotiated valuable additions to the house, got our contingency period extended twice, and got the builder to come down in price when we had to drop the sales price on our old house. I would absolutely work with her again!
