Not sure where to start giving all the reasons why Judy is a great person to sell your home. First of all even before our home was sold she helped us figure out whether or not this would be a good move for us. She helped us, at no charge, to look into various options. Eventually we decided to add a first floor bedroom suite and stopped looking but as fate would have it after a few years of enjoying this addition, I fell and we had to move to assisted living. So we employed Judy to be our broker. She was amazing in helping us to navigate the process even though we were no longer living there until we finally sold the house. I recently sold my family's home of 73 years from my mother's estate. Now living out of town, I needed a realtor with local knowledge and connections to not only sell the house but also to finish cleaning it out and other arrangements. I identified Judy by looking at recent sales in the area. Pretty obvious she is very experienced in this market. I interviewed her and a number of other realtors. She came prepared with concrete suggestions and was able to readily accommodate my needs. It turns out she knows the market and everyone in Arlington and environs like the back of her hand. She helped us over a number of months waiting for backlogged courts in estate matters, all without the official realtor agreement. She identified and coordinated contractors and other workers.
