Judi Wright is an amazing realtor. I was referred to Judi by a co-worker based on her thoroughness and responsiveness, and she sure delivered. We moved to Texas from out of state following my wife's retirement from the USAF. We didn't know where to begin. Judi provided us with an extensive list of neighborhoods/houses that fit our desired profile which we were able to narrow down quickly. We opted for a new construction build. I've heard that some people don't use representation on a new build, but I am sure thankful we had Judi. Our builder continuously missed deadlines, scope issues, and had poor communication. Fortunately, Judi was our advocate during the entire process and was able to negotiate several incentives (at the beginning of the process) and concessions (during the build). I can't think of anyone I've ever worked with who is more responsive. We really appreciate everything Judi did to get us in to our new dream home and highly recommend to anyone that needs a realtor in North Dallas.
