We needed an agent that had deep expertise of the area and would help us find a home fast since we had to pay to travel down to see houses - so we were INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL WHEN WE FOUND JUDI AS AN AGENT!!! Judi was responsive, knowledgeable of the areas, had contacts and resources to help the process go faster, informed us how we could write competitive offers that were fair to us, and above all learned our requirements for a home and made sure we got to see houses that met exactly what we were looking for. We have never worked with an agent as diligent as Judi. During our home search with Judi, we came across a different location in FL that was closer to my family and offered some features that were a better fit for our lifestyle.
