We were dreading the sale of our house, concerned over finding the right match with a Real Estate agent. Juan put all those fears to rest right away. Juan did a great job from the beginning with listing and getting our house sold in a timely manner. Juan was great at understanding and listening to my husband and I want and needs when selling our home with no pressure. We didn't want any open houses or sign in front of our house due to our privacy in the neighborhood. Juan was very respectful to our wishes and didn't try to pressure us and our house was still sold pretty quick. Juan also gave my husband and I advance notice when he had customers or other realtors wanting to see our home. Although it was a stressful time in our life, Juan helped ease some of the stress with kerping us informed. I would definitely use Juan for future endeavors or refer him to friends and families.
