Juan is very persistent in his craft ( which may come off as pushy to some at first), however my 5 star review will explain otherwise. He is not aEURoepushyaEUR? in the sense of wanting the apartment being rented, he is aEURoepersistentaEUR? in the fact that he truly cares to help get you the apartment that fits for you. Truth be told, the turnover ratio in Hoboken is so high, that apartments can basically rent themselves. Juan continued to follow up with me during the process not to get his commission check BUT rather to help me find an affordable apartment that fit my needs. Juan will be my next agent when searching for another spot anywhere. HIGHLY Recommend!
