Ive worked over a year to place a home on my property so that my aging parents could live next to me. The whole experience was so trying, with exception to selling my parents original home. I had reached out to and interviewed 3 realtors. We had selected eXp Realty due to the impression that Juan Delgado had made. Juan is so knowledgeable with all aspects of listing a home, and was able to list the home right away. Within three days we had accepted an offer. Thirty days later, the house closed. Juan made it extremely simple by doing all the work, including the staging of the home with virtual view. The only thing that my parents needed to do was sign the papers. I will continue to highly recommend Juan. If the situation arises again, I will definitely seek Juans support.
