My husband and I had decided to build a home and contacted him to be our representative during the process. The very first phone call, he was friendly and warm, and also assertive and immediately took charge setting up an appointment with our builder to start the paperwork process. And this is how he handled everything; he was quick and timely, he communicated thoroughly, and made sure that we were picking things/doing things that WE really wanted and not settling. He was at every meeting whether in person or via FaceTime. He was at every inspection that he was told about. He would check on our building site weekly. He helped us understand the details and was patient with us.There was a moment towards the end of the process where things got overwhelming because decisions had to be made rapidly and it wasnt comminuted well with the builder, that we got a little panicky. JR took charge of that to ask/answer questions or get ahold of people on our behalf so that our first time home experience would be as pleasant and happy as possible. He made so much effort to make it easy and for our experience to not be tarnished by stress. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him, and he IS our Realtor for our future home buying needs.
