We began using Joyce when we found ourselves in a real time crunch to find a rental that accepted dogs and a new residence. Joyce reassured us that she would find us a rental and really put us at ease. She found us a wonderful rental that allowed dogs and it was such a great location we felt like we were on vacation! My Brother and I have couple of rental properties in Great Gorge Village. Joyce with her knowledge and experience lead us all the way when we put property for sale or for rent. In any cases Joyce is there for you. We are investors and not local it is great when Joyce is there taking great care of your property. Small repairs and cleaning services were recommended by Joyce. Another beauty of working with Joyce that almost everything can be done remotely so you do not need to be physically there. All of the advises Joyce is given us - priceless.
