1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Please go to your lender and get preapproved
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Have your property show ready by decluttering, cleaning, and making repairs. Do not over price your property or you will push buyers away. Your agent is giving you a professional opinion when they do their Market Analysis, listen closely to your agent.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients on many types of properties. Every one is an individual and needs the respect and individual care that makes them comfortable with their agent.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a couple who were new home buyers whose rental home had been sold. They needed to find a property to fit their needs and criteria. I found that property for them, as well as helping them work with their lender, answering their questions, and making them comfortable and less stressed throughout the process. It was very satisfying to see someone so appreciative and happy!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My broker/husband introduced me to it.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
As I may not have special designations, but I make a point of learning and executing what I have learned in my Educational Classes to better accommodate and take care of my clients in a professional manner!
