Then she set up and followed all restrictions set out for realtors to show homes. She monitored home buyers and looked after our best interests in selling our fairly new home (3 years old). She watered the gardens for us as we moved out of the park in February, thinking the sale would happen fairly quickly. But it didn't. After we received the final offer, she was very patient with us on our lack of knowledge of the selling/buying process. The deal finally went through and we are out of our mortgage just in time! Thanks to all of her hard work and attention to details.
