Joyce Ratliff spent many hours helping us find a house, and responded in a timely fashion to all our inquiries with the utmost of professionalism. While we never knew her before we started house hunting, we feel like we made a friend through the process. She never made us feel like there was any hidden agenda. we live in Michigan and were in the market to buy our daughter a home in Winchester ,ky, we contact this agent about a home we were interested in and were told it was sold come to find out as of yesterday it is still on the market and was still on the market the weekend after we called. we also called about another home but no one bothered to call us back, the realtor was rude on the phone when I talked to her the first time and ruder by not even returning a call
