After interviewing four realtors, I chose Dave and I am glad I did! He impressed me with his knowledge of the local market, understanding of what was special about my house and market strategy. We had several very fruitful discussions along the way, and he kept me apprised of every stage of the process. His choices of presentation in the flyers and social media were superb - elegant, informative, well organized and appealing. He was also extremely helpful in getting a company to come do some last-minute landscaping. He was always available to answer my questions in a clear manner. The house sold the first week, and his negotiating skills brought us in substantially above asking price, with both me and the buyers feeling we had gotten a good deal. Overall, Dave was a pleasure to work with. His low-key, intelligent and kind personality make him easy to work with, but his skills are razor sharp! He will be my R.I. realtor from now on, and I highly recommend him.

We could not recommend David enough for buying or selling your home. He went way past above and beyond to help us do both. There are no false promises just honest advise and guidance through it all. We sold and purchased our new home during a very volatile market, and felt comfortable enough to do all because of David. When we had little hiccups along the way he did what ever was necessary to iron out all of the issues. When we had no hot water in our new home the first night we were there, he drove over a half hour at night to help us get it back. I could go on and on. If you are buying or selling CALL DAVID!!

We contacted Kristina through Zillow when we were just starting to browse for houses and get an idea of what we were looking for. She was helpful and patient as we worked to figure out what exactly it was we wanted. When we finally found the right house, she was there every step of the way answering any questions we had and giving us advice on things we hadnt even thought of as first time homebuyers. She went to bat for us on more than one occasion and its all thanks to her that were now proud owners of the house of our dreams. We cannot recommend her enough and are so thankful for her help.
