Marcus by far exceeded all expectations dedicating probably 40-50 hours of dedicated time with my wife to show homes in the Titusville, FL area so I could remain at our current home in North Carolina watching my son and dogs. He truly listened to our needs and didnt waste time showing my wife homes that didnt meet our criteria. We found the perfect home to move our family and made an offer. We found out it was a REO Property and Marcus said he would make it work and he really did. Marcus held firm and pushed until we got an executed contract and closing date that exceeded our expectations. His efforts and hard work allow us to close on our current home and only 9 days later close on our new home in Florida. Words can not describe how amazing, professional, and knowledgeable Alex Martin is. I was in a very stressful and difficult situation and very tight on money. He made what seem impossible a reality. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Alex. Not only will he get you a better deal then you would imagine but, hes treats you like family and make sure you get excatly what your looking for and more. Not only did he help me make my dreams a reality but, I also gained an amazing friend. Even when there was some speed bumps along the way. He handled it so fast and had it taken care of.
