It must be said, I have never had a good experience with a broker, but Katie was so different from all the rest - I could tell that from our first conversation just by her energy and passion! She cared very much about me and more importantly what was the right home for me. We started at a very high price range and then I readjusted given it was one of my first big purchases. What impressed me most, was that Katie didn't flinch when I told her the new price range. She didn't get disappointed or pass me off to a junior broker, because I knew her commission would be reduced - not always an easy pill to swallow being in sales my whole life. In spite of that, she still gave me 1000% of her energy, time, attention, and dedication. Katie went above and beyond in terms of service and I will always be referring her to anyone looking for a home in CT and will be working with her in the future. I was only looking for a broker and found a new friend and colleague. Katie is the best!
