THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Truly one of the biggest blessing we have found! When I first called Re/Max 7 years ago inquiring about searching for a home they directed us to her and i really felt like i hit the jackpot. She helped my find my very first home in 2013 which was perfect at the time. I had NO CLUE what i was looking for when viewing houses. I didnt know all of the small things to look for that affect the quality and longevity of the home. Joy really went through things with a fine tooth comb to help me make an educated decision. First time home buying was SO SIMPLE. I remember one of the first things she said was, I will work with you for as long as it takes to help you find the home you love. That stuck with me because she truly cares about her clients! 7 years and 3 kids later, we outgrew our first home. It was without question Joy was our GO TO when it came time to find our forever home! She listened to our priorities, what we were looking for, and really worked with the craziness of our schedules to make herself available. We thought we were just getting our feet wet when we started viewing homes. The third home we looked at we knew it was the one. With such a competitive market and homes flying off the market faster than we could view them she made sure we were able to place a competitive offer! She even rose to the challenge with the rare contingency clause of getting the home we were in on the market, and had an offer within DAYS of the two week time frame of the contingency offer on our forever home. As a resident of the south hills her local knowledge of both areas were TOP NOTCH! Joy recomended and advised/worked with other amazing inspectors, mortgage company/ advisor, and other engineers to really make sure everything was done on time. We were informed EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. She answered all of my husbands countless questions or directed us to resources that were needed. Joy goes above and beyond!! We loved working with her! It was a bittersweet day om closing that we wouldnt be working with her again but she did help us find our find our forever home and watched our family grow from the very beginning.
