I appreciate the hands-on care Joy Heller gave my home purchase process. She was also very adept at negotiation and pro-actively found ways to save me money on the final purchase price. After the close, she has continued to be available for any questions that come up, and overall I am very satisfied with the service she has rendered. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Joy did an excellent job helping us sell our house despite unexpectedly finding ourselves smack dab in the middle of a "buyer's market". She expertly helped us negotiate the various obstacles that would appear along the way and was instrumental in keeping us in a positive mindset throughout the entire process. She'd always tell us "our perfect buyer is out there somewhere...we just need to find them". At the end of the day she was 100% correct. Thanks Joy!
