Joy was an awesome person to have on our side during the sale of our home during the Pandemic. She gave us great advice on economical ways to make our home more appealing. We had 7 showings and 2 Offers within the first 3 days of having the home on the market, and we never had a sign in the yard! We were under contract with an offer to back it up within 4 days of being on the market. She worked with the appraiser to appraise the home for the offer (which was higher than listing :) ) Toward closing she worked with us and the buyers to smooth the process, especially given our strange timing for needing to move out and leave town for new jobs in a different state. She took time to explain everything we had questions about and the entire process. She was also the only realtor that we interviewed and took notes about the home. Definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with Joy Haskins' work in selling a rental condo for us this summer. She was knowledgeable of the New Carrollton area and clientele. She spoke and presented herself well. She took on the role of Project Manager to identify and manage the various contractors needed to get the condo in better condition to maximize potential offers. This effort alone saved us a lot of time and stress, and she was able to get excellent prices for the work.
