We came to Kentucky two years ago and fell in love with the state. We decided to move down here and was not quite sure what we wanted for a home. John was absolutely AMAZING! He paid close attention when I was describing our needs and wants then found us the perfect house! He worked HARD when it came to negotiating and got us the best price possible! This purchase was complicated because of the sellers situation and John held everything together! He even stayed on top of things while on vacation! To say John went the "extra mile" or "went above and beyond" just doesn't explain it. John had a firm grasp on what was needed and absolutely did what it took to get the deal done! His communication PHENOMENAL!
