Puts in the work to get what you want. I will not purchase or sell a home with out Josie on my team. Josie helped me find the perfect home for me and my family. She did extensive research and made sure in good working, living conditions. Worked it into the contract that the seller must purchase a one year home owners insurance to make sure I was happy and taken care well beyond my purchase date. A few years later I am living on bundle of equity with a happy family!
