When we got engaged in July 2020, we debated on having the wedding or getting a home first and at the time we wanted to look at homes. We found Marcia by looking at a home that we wanted to tour and she happened to be the agent to contact us. Due to so many back and forth changes in Michigan due to Covid-19, we then decided to hold off and have the wedding first and look at homes after. Marcia was so patient with us, even with us getting outbid as well as changing our minds on locations over and over. She stuck it out with us, told us about the MSHDA program and gave us a great resource with our bank paying for closing costs.
