Man, what to say about Josh. He is an expert on the market and the strategy to help you be successful in your hunt. Josh was an incredible agent during our home buying process. He not only answered any and all questions we had promptly, but he took the time to make sure we understood how and why each step was important. I started my home buying journey about a year and a half ago. Being new to Charlotte, I was intimidated and frankly a little frustrated with other agents I had begun working with. When Josh and I sat down, he simplified the process for me and was able to explain the steps I needed to take to ensure I was prepared and comfortable. Josh and I looked at about 25 condos/townhomes/houses in order to give me a better idea on how to narrow down what I was looking for. While not being able to find something I was comfortable with, I quickly became frustrated with the process and stopped looking. Josh was never pushy in getting me to look again, he simply stated that he was here whenever I wanted to jump back in. At the end of December, I called him and told him I was ready.
