Joshua Shapiro and his team did an amazing job finding us the perfect home in Severna Park. Josh is very professional, always keeping us up to date with what is going on in the market. He is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and he took the time to remember our likes and dislikes at every visit which makes search seamless. He is very quick with responding (texting/emailing/etc) and is very accommodating. He did not only stop his service when we sign the contract, he continues to support us to make sure the contract is executed and that we're comfortable on our end. Melissa is awesome! She was imperative in getting our first house. The house went back on the market 9pm Monday night( original buyer couldnt sell their house), we saw it and had an offer in by 9pm Tuesday. She walked us through writing a competitive offer, competitive enough that we were actually a little lower than the other offer and still got the house. She went above and beyond by helping us measure each room during the home inspection. We had an issue arise during the home inspection and she took care of finding a septic company to make sure it was just an easy fix. She even offered to help mow the mound septic so the septic guy could see what he was doing (seller was out of state).

Josh was incredible to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas in which we were looking, and consistently offered great insight to help us narrow down our location. As first time homebuyers we had many questions. Josh was extremely patient and answered all of our questions, as well as frequently checked in on us to make sure we were okay and understood everything. At closing, the seller's agent even made comments about how much she enjoys working with Josh.
