I love how responsive she is and she seems to keep abreast of every step of the transaction. She also is helpful in letting her clients (such as myself) know when things need to occur, such as the signing of a contract. We are all so busy in our lives and sometimes it is hard to balance so much AND to sell a property, and that's where Christine comes in to help create a seamless experience, from start to finish. Her communication skills are strong to help facilitate the best deal for clients, and she actually inked me $10K over asking! I am thrilled! Best of all, she also has lived in the Atlanta area her whole life and thus knows the best locations to look in (although for this transaction, I was actually selling a property... Have used her to purchase a property in the past though!). I'd trust her expertise with both a purchase and a sell transaction.
