I have spent all of my life in Michigan, except for the five years I honorably served in the U.S. Air Force. I came to southwest Michigan in 2000 to attend Western Michigan University, fell in love with the area, and never left! What can I possibly say about Josh Nagy, well hopefully this review helps out anyone looking for a reliable, attention to details, knowledgeable, professional and a all out wonderful realtor Josh helps explain and makes sure that you completely understand the troubling process at times in buying and selling a home. He is also right there with you every step of the way, I can only say I picked the right realtor to sell my home and to buy the dream home I am in now, he is not offended in anyway when standing your ground and will only give you constructive advice of the reality you'll face in seeling/buying a home. That is something that I myself appreciated so much with Josh Trust me I can only say there were times I thought Josh would throw in the towel with a stubborn man like myself, but he didn't and that right there speaks volume. Josh was able to help us find and purchase our first home. He was always excellent to work with and we never had any issues with him. Our first choice unexpectedly fell through shortly before closing due to circumstances outside of our control. Have your finances in order before you start seriously looking, it will keep the your stress level down when it comes to trying to obtain a mortgage.

I take education very seriously. I obtained several designations to further enhance my level of service, including Military Relocation Professional and Buyers Representative. Also, I have earned my Associate Brokers License to further elevate myself in the real estate industry.
