Recently my husband and I had to move to the Georgetown area from the Dallas area. We contacted Josh to help us find a home that fit our criteria. We were unfamiliar with the area but we knew what we would like to own in a home in Georgetown. We began our search in the middle of August and we moved into our new home, that Josh found for us, on the 24th of August. Josh worked it out for us to lease our new home for about two weeks, prior to closing. So, once our offer was accepted, we were able to move into our home, later that week. The entire process of selling our home in the Dallas area to the move to Georgetown was made incredibly easy due to Josh's sincere help and knowledge of the area and in the entire buying and selling process. Josh was very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly in our behalf during the entire process. Josh did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him!
