Josh was easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the Real Estate Market. He listened to us and understood that we were at the age where our children were on their own and we wanted a smaller, more manageable piece of property close to our children. He actively looked for properties that may be suitable for us and made it easy for us to transition from our family home in Mass to our more suitable home for retirement in Maine. My wife and I met with Josh Matthews early March of 2019 and we told him our needs and expectations for selling our home. We set up a date for later that month for an open house. Within two days after the open house we accepted an offer more than asking priceA Josh was easy to work with and always there when we had a question, and answered it in a timely fashion. Joshua was referred to us by a close friend who could not say enough about how amazing and knowledgable his Realestate agent was. We were intrigued so we decided to give him a call. Joshua was prompt in making the time to do an initial assessment, he did his homework before showing up and after looking at our house gave us the assessment that was completely in alignment with what we were thinking after doing our own research. Joshua ensured that our house was market ready by providing a walk through from a professional "stager", who provided suggestions that created a blank slate for interested buyers. Josh came in when we were ready and took absolutely amazing, professional photos of our home and listed. We had an open house scheduled for Saturday and had 2 site unseen offers on Friday, the day before. The house was on the market for 2 days and we were in contract with a full price offer, with a backup full price offer. Nothing prevented Josh from being with us every step of the way right up to the closing. Six weeks after meeting Joshua for the first time, we were at our closing and I can honestly say I completely understand what my friend was talking about when he referred Josh to us.
