This was my first time buying a home and I had a TON of questions. He was totally on the level about what I could expect and really explained/helped me navigate a lot of things that I really had no experience in but thanks to him was pretty painless. Josh REALLY worked hard in negotiations with the former home owners and their realtor. It was a tough negotiation because the home was worth a fair amount more than we were pre-approved for through our lender, but with Joshs help and ability to respectfully explain our situation with the former home owners we were thankfully able to come to terms. We now own the home we always wanted and I'm still in shock that he was able to make it happen. Hes a Great Guy and a Great Realtor, that I will recommend to anybody looking to buy a home!!!!
