Josh was referred from a handy man that did some work on my parents house a few months ago. i viewed 2 properties with Josh and the 2nd property the seller accepted my offer! Josh went above and beyond in my opinion he traveled hundreds of miles weekend after weekend accommodated to work around my crazy work scedule spent months dealing with us being picky buyers and he still did not give up on us.
