We listed my fathers house for sale back in October 2021, after multiple possible offers, the house was sold for under what we listed for in April 2022, by 60k during a time when bidding wars were common. Though it was a complicated house to sell, and obviously a fixer upper, there were issues that I was unhappy with throughout the process. Lack of communication was a big issue, though he did respond to my texts and calls quickly, the expertise in communicating real estate law and expectations was sub optimal. I did not feel well represented with house showings, or even that he felt the house was worth what we were asking. Again this was a complicated sale with a lot of moving parts and I think he did the best he could, but I was not impressed with how the house was represented over all.
