I will be honest I was nervous when we first met, because it was hard for me to trust any stranger with this big of a decision, but I was quickly shown a level of trust from Josh upfront when he told me," We could be looking at 30+ homes before we find the one, but I am here to help you find it". What josh excels at the most is being honest and telling his clients how it is. Josh is not afraid to tell his clients the truth and his honest opinion. I remember a couple of houses I really liked that Josh steered me away because of issues and problems I didn't even think about! I appreciated his ability to help me think about problems I wasn't even considering. Overall, Josh and I look at like 20+ homes before we found the one which I appreciate josh's patience as I was not the most specific when looking for a starter home.
