Listed our house, but the market had not rebounded. The home was in a vacation area and this real estate marked has not rebounded. Joshua suggested to rent the house. He found us a renter and they signed a lease. This has save us a lot. Joshua was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank You Joshua for all your help.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

First and foremost focus on the monthly budget. Most buyers don't realize that they can actually buy, but the ones that do often go off what the lender tells them can afford vs staying on a budget. After that, they need to understand the market (that's why we're here). If you are buying a home under the median price point there are not many homes to choose from and often it's very competitive.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Put yourself in the shoes of the buyer. Buyer's are emotional and when they see your home they are going to compare it to every home on the internet, so it's important to put your best foot forward by making the home as clean as possible.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Our team has helped every one from short sale clients, to home buyers, to luxury buyers, commercial and even the unfortunate situation of death and divorce. We have a great connection with some attorneys should we ever need that advice.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

My college degree doesn't always appear applicable but 2 things came from that Georgia Tech (GT) degree. 1. Problem solving. I love solving problems and that's when you often see the engineer come out. 2. Finishing. It would have been easy to quit and move on with my career, but I finished and got my degree. I do what I say and finish what I start.
