My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Adam. We love the Hill Country and have looked at a few pieces of land over the years, but never found anyone we wanted to work with until we found Adam. As first-time land buyers the process was different from buying a home, but Adam stepped us through it and quickly responded to all our questions. He also kept us informed throughout the buying process. We had an ongoing list of questions for the owners, to make sure we understood all the restrictions, not only did Adam find the answers but sat and explained what they meant in detail. Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with. We purchased a home across the country, which added some challenges to the process. Josh was amazing helping us buy our first home. He then helped us sell it 6 years later! He was always available no matter what dumb question we had or any worry we had. He would be there in a blink of an eye when showing the home and went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy. He was open to our ideas and never made us feel like we were asking for too much.
