Josh is amazing! He's flexible, knowledgable, and incredibly thorough. Josh was recommended to us when we were relocating to Vancouver because of my husband's job. The catch? We had to move my husband out 6 months before I could join him, so had to house-hunt while living in two different parts of the state. Josh handled the challenge with grace. While balancing both of our busy work schedules, he walked me through homes via FaceTime, and showed us homes in person when I could be in town. Not only did he patiently and skillfully answer all of our questions but he also went out of his way to introduce us to Vancouver and orient us to the personalities of its different neighborhoods. Josh listened carefully to our wants and needs and pivoted gracefully when those changed during our search. His obvious knowledge and understanding of the market we were dealing with, coupled with his consistent communication and responsiveness to our circumstances, made a potentially challenging situation not only doable - but enjoyable. We relocated to Vancouver recently and were motivated to buy a home quickly. A friend and colleague recommended Josh Gibson. Cannot recommend Josh Gibson highly enough. Josh is so professional and very friendly. He gives clear information and is very detailed, but not in an overwhelming way. When our offer was accepted, he was able to get an inspector into the home in less than two days. This was our first time buying a home and Josh was so great at helping us understand how everything works and gave us sound advice, while also sharing with us all of the different options that we had at each stage in the process.
