We were aggressive in house hunting and were asking about listings as soon as we saw them posted. Jaima did send us a few before we saw them. We bought a house that had multiple offers and was listed less than what it was appraised for. After some discussion we offered more than the listing price and were able to get the house at what it was appraised for beating out the other offers.
