Jaima was very responsive to any questions we had. Jaima also showed up to every showing prepared with fact sheets for the property. We were aggressive in house hunting and were asking about listings as soon as we saw them posted. Jaima did send us a few before we saw them. We bought a house that had multiple offers and was listed less than what it was appraised for. After some discussion we offered more than the listing price and were able to get the house at what it was appraised for beating out the other offers. This was due to the great local knowledge that Jaima provided about the area.

Even if you've bought or sold a house in the past, it's still not easy to chose an agent. I chose Melissa because before even meeting me, she listened to me (really listened), and I had the sense she had my best interest in mind. She listens to your needs and then far exceeds them. She understands the real estate market and works closely with her client to make sure expectations are realistic and adjusted accordingly. She has an awesome team who help with photography and the contract process. If an issue comes up during inspection, she is on top of it, through resolution. Our home sale was quite fast and in the hectic days that followed, I appreciate the confidence, patience, and understanding that Melissa afforded me when I was behind schedule; a mature attitude that a less seasoned professional might not have had. Closing and moving days were hectic, but when I reached my destination I looked at my luggage and the brand name was 'Prodigy,' I realized Melissa/Prodigy made my relocation possible!
